Reconnect with your peace, your joy, your self.
Meet Brooke
Relational Trauma Therapist
Offering holistic grief support and a space to heal emotional wounds, build safe connection and rediscover your inner wisdom.
Remember when life wasn’t just stress, heaviness and constant “what now?” If you’re feeling off or stuck in a loop you did not sign up for — you’re not alone.
Welcome — you’ve landed in the right place.
I’m Brooke. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are ready to feel more at home in themselves and their relationships; even if they’re not exactly sure how to get there (yet). You already have what you need to heal. My job is to help you feel safe enough to access it.
From my perspective, therapy isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about creating a space where your nervous system can exhale, your grief can be held with care and your true self has room to show up authentically.
We’ll work together to figure out what’s weighing you down, explore how you relate to the people in your life and reestablish safe connection with yourself.
Tools may include mindfulness skills, somatic work, creative expression, or simply talking things through in a way that feels human and not prescriptive like a self-help book.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore because mind-body trauma healing happens in safe connection. So take a deep breath. Let’s get to work — gently, honestly and maybe even with a little humor along the way.
Learn how to work with your emotions, not against them.
How I work:
Healing happens in connection.
Therapy with me is…
-
I approach therapy as a healing relationship—one built on trust, authenticity and mutual respect. Our connection is not just the backdrop, but a vital part of the work we’ll do together.
In a relational space, your thoughts, feelings and patterns come to light in the context of how we interact, allowing us to explore them safely and meaningfully. I bring my full, quirky, present self into the room and invite you to do the same.
-
At the heart of my practice is empathy. I strive to create a space where you feel not just heard but understood. Therapy with me is rooted in trust and emotional attunement, where your experiences are honored and your pace is respected.
-
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, respectful and affirming space to explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. My practice is grounded in inclusivity—welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, and life paths. Whether you're navigating issues related to race, gender, sexuality, culture, disability or spirituality, I honor the uniqueness of your story.
-
Therapy today is often presented with a litany of buzzwords and a one-size-fits-all approach, leading many to feel like they’re not getting it right or making real progress. Part of what makes my job so fulfilling is that everyone is different! So each step we take together is a collaboration tailored to your intentions and unique healing path.
A bit more about me.

A bit more about me.
My clinical training means I bring the expertise you need and deserve but more importantly, I understand what it’s like to live with anxiety, depression, self-criticism and loss.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the entertainment industry with hopes of one day becoming a storyboard artist. Then life, as it sometimes does, threw a series of painful curveballs that completely upended my world. Severe mental health issues have touched many generations of my family and at age 30 I left my corporate job to care for an unwell family member. I ended up taking on far too much on my own and completely burned out. Before I knew it, I was spiraling — I suffered crippling anxiety, panic attacks, substance use issues and days when I just felt so heavy I could barely get out of bed.
Therapy helped me STOP. Slow down. Make space for what I was carrying and begin to rebuild from the inside out.
Over time, I came to understand my traumas, my emotions and the toll of keeping everything buried for so long. What some might call a breakdown became a necessary turning point. With the support of therapy, my family and community, and several very gifted healers, I learned to grieve my losses, practice self-compassion and discover a genuine joy I had never felt before.
This process changed everything for me. It showed me the power of being witnessed and understood—and it’s what led me to this work today. It awakened something I believe we all carry: the deep part of us that wants and knows how to heal. I want the same for you too.
