  • I'm based in Los Angeles, California, and offer all sessions via telehealth. This means I'm able to work with clients anywhere in California from the comfort of their own home.

  • Online therapy is conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, Simple Practice. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Many clients find that meeting virtually actually makes it easier to show up consistently, since there's no commute involved. The work is just as meaningful and effective as in-person therapy.

  • At this time, all sessions are held via telehealth. This allows me to offer flexible, accessible care to clients throughout California without the limitations of a single physical location.

  • Individuals - $175 per 50 minute session

    Couples - $200 per 50 minute session

  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to shift or explore, and what has or hasn't worked for you in the past. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, you're welcome to come exactly as you are. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and what working together might look like.

  • This varies from person to person and depends on your goals, history, and what feels right for you. Some clients find meaningful relief in a few months; others choose to continue longer as they go deeper into their growth and healing. We'll check in regularly about how things are going and adjust our approach together as needed. You're always in the driver's seat.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, a written overview of the expected cost of your care. As a client paying out of pocket, you can request this estimate before or at any time during treatment. It's designed to help you make informed decisions about your care without unexpected financial surprises. If you have questions about this, I'm happy to walk you through it.
