Learn to trust who you’re becoming.

Therapy for life-changing experiences.

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."

- Carl Jung

Sometimes, life cracks you open…

Maybe it was a loss, a transition, or an experience that shifted something inside — how you see yourself, the world, or what any of it means. What once felt solid now feels uncertain. Old beliefs don't fit, but nothing has taken their place. People around you may not get what's changed, and you might not have words for it either. You just know you're not the same. That shift can be disorienting, even when part of it feels like growth. I help people who've been through experiences that changed something fundamental; to make meaning of what has happened, and build a life that reflects who they're becoming.

Here's how we can work together:

We start by naming what's shifted, the touchstones you relied on may have moved or dissolved, and that can feel disorienting. Some people describe it as feeling like part of them has died, or like they don't recognize themselves anymore. You may feel elated, exhausted, confused or frustrated. That's a valid response to profound change. Our first work is re-establishing safety through somatic grounding and mindfulness, finding anchor points so you have solid footing again. From there, we use relational processing and creative exercises to explore what you've been through, what it's taught you, and how to weave those insights into your story. We grieve what's been lost, and slowly integrate the version of you that's emerging. This work moves at the pace you need.
